In this magnificent 100m2 apartment in the heart of the charming village of Raissac d'Aude, come and enjoy the peace and quiet, you can spend moments of relaxation in the magnificent garden but also in the swimming pool to refresh yourself. The owners will be able to welcome you and bring you their suggestions, you will also have the possibility of sharing breakfasts or tables d'hôtes if you wish. The cottage is ideally located, 30 minutes from the Aude beaches and 40 minutes from the famous Medieval City, Narbonne and its Saint-Just cathedral are only 20 minutes. living room, a bathroom with private toilet, two bedrooms with a 160 bed and a 140 bed. Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
If you have booked our apartment or our gîte, you will receive an invoice from us for the deposit of 25% of the reservation value. This must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

As unfortunate as it may be, it can happen that a planned trip cannot take place due to unexpected circumstances. We therefore always advise you to take out good cancellation insurance. This prevents unexpected costs when it is already annoying enough for you that a stay with us is cancelled.

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

Rooms
* You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
* From 14 days before arrival, the total value of the room price will be charged.

Apartment/Gte
* You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
* Up to 14 days before arrival, 25% of the reservation value will be charged.
* From 14 days before arrival, the total value of the overnight stay will be charged.

You can only cancel your reservation in writing via info@logementonze.fr.

Breakfast
Our Gîte and apartment are self catered, but you can order fresh baguette and croissants daily from us and optionally opt for a complete breakfast at € 9.50 pppd
Cleaning
For our Gîte we charge a one-off € 75.00 final cleaning fee. For the apartment Qirinye this amount is € 50.00

Children and extra beds
  • Baby bed
If you are traveling with an extra child up to the age of 12 or a baby, we can add a maximum of one bed. The costs for this are baby bed; € 7.50 per night and an extra folding bed € 15.00 per night. This includes breakfast.
