Un appartement très confortable de plus de 50 m2 qui se situe dans la maison. Le salon donne vue sur le jardin et les collines de Corbières. L'appartement dispose d'une grande salle de bain avec double vasque et douche à effet pluie. La chambre est équipé d'un boxspring confortable et lorsque l'appartement est réservé à plus de deux personnes, le canapé du salon peut être transformé en un lit double confortable. La cuisine est complète et très bien équipée avec un plaque d'induction, d'un four et d'un frigo avec congélateur. En outre, l'appartement dispose de sa propre machine à Nespresso et bouilloire. Agréablement frais en été et confortablement chaud en hiver grâce au système de climatisation.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
if you have booked our apartment or our gîte, you will receive an invoice from us for the deposit of 25% of the reservation value. This must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
As unfortunate as it may be, it can happen that a planned trip cannot take place due to unexpected circumstances. We therefore always advise you to take out good cancellation insurance. This prevents unexpected costs when it is already annoying enough for you that a stay with us is cancelled.
The cancellation conditions are as follows:

* You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
* From 14 days before arrival, the total value of the room price will be charged.
Apartment/Gte
* You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
* Up to 14 days before arrival, 25% of the reservation value will be charged.
* From 14 days before arrival, the total value of the overnight stay will be charged.

Our Gîte and apartment are self catered, but you can order fresh baguette and croissants daily from us and optionally opt for a complete breakfast at € 9.50 pppd
Cleaning
For our Gîte we charge a one-off € 75.00 final cleaning fee. For the apartment Qirinye this amount is € 50.00

Si vous voyagez avec un enfant supplémentaire jusqu'à l'âge de 12 ans ou un bébé, nous pouvons ajouter un maximum d'un lit. Les coûts pour cela sont un lit bébé; 7,50 € par nuit et un lit pliant supplémentaire 15,00 € par nuit. Cela comprend le petit-déjeuner.
